Eligibility for Return or Replacement
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels.
- Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days.
You may request a return/replacement under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is damaged or defective upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours)

- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
Important Notes
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging will not be eligible.
- Approved refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5 days.
- Approved exchange/replacement products will be delivered within 7 days.
