At Route of Dreams, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Replacement Policy ensures a smooth process:

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels.
  • Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days.

You may request a return/replacement under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours)

  2. Include your order ID, product image and reason for the return. 
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

Important Notes

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging will not be eligible.
  • Approved refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5 days.
  • Approved exchange/replacement products will be delivered within 7 days.
